BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

Bookings are made online on the website www.casafamilia-ardeche.fr

All bookings must be accompanied by the deposit corresponding to 50% of the total price of your rental and any additional services.

THE BALANCE OF THE STAY is to be paid no later than 30 days before the date of arrival. No deduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure.

PRICES

The prices or information published on our website www.casafamilia-ardeche.fr are the basic prices not including the mandatory services (end of stay cleaning €200) and optional services (eg : pets, …)

TOURIST TAX

Tourist taxes vary according to the municipalities and countries. The tourist tax is collected on behalf of the municipalities and may be increased by an additional departmental tax.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

For rental stays, a security deposit will be requested by email. This must be done online via the platform of our partner SWIKLY. This deposit of €1500 is made by simple credit card imprint and is therefore not debited from your account.

The full amount of this security deposit will be deleted than 10 days after your departure if the accommodation is returned in good condition. minus the allowances withheld for any damage caused, unpaid services, loss of keys given on your arrival.

ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY

The number of tenants cannot exceed the maximum capacity indicated on the description. Exceptionally and subject to the agreement of the owner Casa FAMILIA, this rule may be waived. In this case, the owner Casa FAMILIA will be entitled to ask for an extra charge.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Arrival in the casas is from 4 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m.

Possibility of arrival and departure in complete autonomy thanks to a key box.

OCCUPANCY OF PREMISES

The tenant will enjoy the rental in a peaceful manner and will make good use of it, in accordance with the destination of the premises. Parties and gatherings are prohibited. All equipment listed in the inventory must be returned to the place it occupied when entering the premises.

Subletting is prohibited to the lessee, under any pretext whatsoever, even free of charge. The premises are rented for holiday use excluding any professional, commercial or craft activity of any kind whatsoever.

The installation of tents or the parking of caravans/motorhomes on the land of the rented property is prohibited. The owner Casa FAMILIA will provide the accommodation in accordance with the description he has made of it and will keep it in working order. As a general rule, the tenant will leave the premises at the time stipulated in the contract or at a time convenient to the owner Casa FAMILIA, after inventory of fixtures.

In the event of complaints due to excessive noise or improper use, the owner Casa FAMILIA will strictly and immediately terminate the rental, without refund.

CHECK OUT

The inventory of furniture and various equipment will be made at the beginning and end of the stay by the owner Casa FAMILIA and the tenant. If the owner Casa FAMILIA finds damage, they will be subject to a deduction from the security deposit, the amount of which will be determined by amicable agreement between the owner Casa FAMILIA and the tenant.

In the event of a dispute, an estimate will be made by a professional or an authorized organization, requested by the tenant before his departure or, failing that, by the owner Casa FAMILIA during the exit inventory. In this case, the security deposit will be returned to the tenant within two weeks, after deducting the amount of the work estimated by the estimate.

PETS

Pets are accepted on request and with supplement. We count on the owners of animals to respect the cleanliness and the state of the houses, in particular the excrements must be picked up, it is forbidden to allow pets on the sofas, beds and in the swimming-pool; it is necessary to vacuum all the hairs before departure.

CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION OF STAY

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter before taking possession. If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before entering the premises, the deposit remains with the owner Casa FAMILIA, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before entering the premises, all sums are due. If the tenant has not shown up on the day mentioned in the contract and has passed a period of 24 hours and without notice to the owner Casa FAMILIA, this contract is considered terminated. The full payment remains with the ownerCasa FAMILIA. The owner Casa FAMILIA can dispose of his rental. In the event of cancellation at the initiative of the ownerCasa FAMILIA, the latter will pay the tenant all the sums he has received upon notification of the said cancellation.

In the event of early termination of the stay by the tenant, no refund will be made, except for the security deposit under the conditions mentioned above.

INSURANCE

The tenant is required to insure the premises rented to him. He must therefore check whether his main housing contract provides for the holiday extension (holiday rental).

Otherwise, he must intervene with his insurance company and claim the extension of the guarantee. An insurance certificate will be requested upon entering the premises or, failing that, a sworn statement.
