Booking Conditions for the Gîtes
Arrivals / Departures
- Weekly stays :
Casa Sista: from Saturday to Saturday
Casa Mama: from Sunday to Sunday
Rentals are available from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM IN SUMMER AND DURING YEAR-END HOLIDAYS (rest of the year: 5:00 PM – 10:00 AM). - Mid-length stays : Arrival and departure times to be defined depending on selected days and bookings before or after.
- Weekends : rentals are available from Friday 5:00 PM to Sunday 5:00 PM.
- To help you start your stay comfortably, we provide : 1 kitchen towel, bath and shower mats, initial dishwasher tablets, first garbage bags (kitchen, bathroom, toilets), washable eco sponges, dishwashing liquid, salt, pepper, filters for traditional coffee makers, first rolls of toilet paper, air fresheners, cleaning products.
Payment
- Deposit : 40% of the total stay amount payable by bank transfer at the time of booking.
- Balance : payable in cash, check, or instant transfer upon arrival when the keys are handed over.
- In case of cancellation : the deposit will be refunded if your cancellation, sent by email, occurs up to 60 days before the scheduled arrival date. No refund will be made after this period.
Rates and Security Deposit
- Rates include : water, electricity, heating, air conditioning, wifi.
- Options : Bed linen rental and beds made upon arrival: €30/double bed – €20/single bed.
Towel and pool towel rental: €15 / person for 1 large and 1 small bath towel and 1 large pool towel.
Well-behaved pet: €50. Payable at booking. - End-of-stay cleaning fee is mandatory and will be charged €200 per gîte. Payable at booking.
- Local tourist tax : €2.20/night/person. Payable at booking.
- Security deposit €2000 per gîte : payable upon arrival and returned on the day of departure after inspection, provided no damage has occurred.
A rental agreement will be sent to you by email and your booking will be confirmed upon its return, signed and scanned, along with the deposit transfer, within 8 days.
