Rentals are available from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM IN SUMMER AND DURING YEAR-END HOLIDAYS (rest of the year: 5:00 PM – 10:00 AM). - Mid-length stays from 3 nights : Arrival and departure times to be defined depending on selected days and bookings before or after.
- Weekends 2 nihgts : rentals are available from Friday 5:00 PM to Sunday 3:00 PM.
- To ensure a great start to your stay, we provide the following: pump-dispenser shower gel and shampoo in every bathroom, bath mats, two kitchen towels, dish soap and pump-dispenser hand soap in the kitchen, a supply of dishwasher tablets, initial trash bags (for kitchen, bathroom, and toilet), kitchen and bathroom sponges, a few non-perishable items, salt and pepper, coffee capsules for a Nespresso machine and tea/herbal tea pods, filters for a standard coffee maker, an initial roll of toilet paper in each toilet, air fresheners, cleaning products, sponges, oven mitts, etc.
Payment
- Deposit : 40% of the total stay amount payable by bank transfer at the time of booking.
- Balance : payable in cash, check, or instant transfer upon arrival when the keys are handed over.
- In case of cancellation : the deposit will be refunded if your cancellation, sent by email, occurs up to 60 days before the scheduled arrival date. No refund will be made after this period.
Rates and Security Deposit
- Rates include : water, electricity, heating, air conditioning, wifi, bed linen and beds made upon arrival included, bath towel and large pool towel included. Well-behaved pet: €100. Payable at booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning fee is mandatory and will be charged €200. Payable at booking.
- Local tourist tax : €2.20/night/person. Payable at booking.
- Security deposit €1500 : payable upon arrival and returned on the day of departure after inspection, provided no damage has occurred.
A rental agreement will be sent to you by email and your booking will be confirmed upon its return, signed and scanned, along with the deposit transfer, within 8 days.
